Panopticon - Community-sourcing Space Domain Awareness

Cloudstone proposes to advance a world-wide electro-optical (EO) space surveillance system, called Panopticon, to deliver time-critical Space Domain Awareness (SDA) intelligence to the U.S. warfighter. Panopticon enables big data collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination in support of catalog maintenance and tip-and-cue capabilities. The globally distributed Panopticon network fills a niche gap in low-cost, wide-field-of-view, space surveillance systems suitable for supporting the needs of both space Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) of USSPACECOM as well as the developing civil space markets in space traffic management (STM), from very low low-Earth orbit (LEO) out to beyond geosynchronous Earth orbit (GEO).
