Research abstract

The KNITE solution enables the USAF Warfare Center‚¬¬Ä¬¬îthe premier Airman-centric training environment‚¬¬Ä¬¬îto better prepare Airmen for joint, all domain combat operations and resulting combat decision-making through more interactive and up to date tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) documents.¬Ý TTPs describe ‚¬¬Ä¬¬úthe proper employment of specific [USAF] assets, individually or in concert with other assets, to accomplish detailed objectives.‚¬¬Ä¬¬ù¬Ý KNITE will improve the quality of training by enhancing the learning and application of TTPs across all expertise levels, enabling Airmen to search and analyze TTPs, which ultimately enables more effective decision-making while executing the mission.¬Ý KNITE provides responsive TTPs that can be updated in real time based on application and implementation of the TTPs with dynamic input and feedback from users of those TTPs. This continuous feedback/update loop ensures rapid and accurate information to Airmen to support more effective training, which in turn improves combat decision-making. ¬Ý
