Research abstract

COALESCE is a cognitive processor that aggregates and synthesizes cues from multiple cue generators to improve real-time detection of signals-of-interest. It correlates cues across time, frequency, and sensor domains to enhance situational awareness in complex electromagnetic environments. Using standard data formats and a modular design, COALESCE supports integration with third-party systems. Phase I will demonstrate cue aggregation use cases to enable more effective responses to low-probability-of-intercept threats.
