Research abstract

Excellerix proposes to develop a microelectronic solution to rapidly excise multiple simultaneous interferers. The circuit will use a well-established trusted CMOS foundry process to realize a compact product that can be placed directly behind the antenna. Modular in construction, it will feature very low noise figure and sharp-skirted bandstop filters, each tunable over 0.1-6 GHz, to maximize reception of signals-of-interest while attenuating interferers by >50 dB.
