Research abstract
Infinity Labs proposes a direct to Phase II effort that will advance the capabilities of a rapid communication architecture, Time Division Pairwise Access (TDPA), that is necessary to scale tactical command and control (C2) networks to support Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). In this proposal, we discuss the bottlenecks of the current TDPA approach and outline a solution to enhance adaptability and scalability. We offer an approach that includes digital engineering and analysis to clearly demonstrate quantified performance metrics of the solution. Based on previous work and proof-of-concept models, we believe that a direct to Phase II is the appropriate next step to further develop this capability to transition to Air Force customers.
