Research abstract

Vigilant Cyber Systems, Inc. (VCS) proposes to design and develop Automated Tactical Effectiveness Service for Electromagnetic Effectors (aTES-EE) to integrate with the decision support services of the Integrated Combat System (ICS) for providing accurate real-time effectiveness assessments of electromagnetic (EM) engagements. Vigilant has significant experience in the field(s) of electromagnetics and weaponeering tool development with a combined 35 plus years experience. To accomplish this design and development, VCS will leverage its experience designing and developing weaponeering tools, modeling EM fields, and designing machine learning (ML) models for the analysis on large quantities of data from multiple, different sensors. The most applicable work VCS has completed is the development of its Cyber Battle Damage Assessment Toolkit (CyBDAT). VCS has completed a Phase I, Phase I Option, and two Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) efforts developing its CyBDAT tool. CyBDAT was developed as a result of the original Navy SBIR topic N141-078.
