Research abstract

Energy and Security Group (ESG) will design models of the Capabilities of Care regarding medical attention delivered to Marines wounded in theater. The framework of defined avatars, actions, and data will aggregate information about every echelon required to treat and stabilize wounded Marines. The general framework will support connection and communication with a running digital wargame, providing an additional and meaningful component of a wargame scenario that can have a significant effect on players’ decisions and outcomes of the wargame. The Phase I effort will culminate in the delivery of documented proposed conceptual models along with the underlying mathematics and algorithms developed or utilized, as well documented results of a case study describing the data requirements, sources, and availability for a sample wargame location.
