Research abstract

Attollo proposes the development of a multi-band digital pixel ROIC that has a large, quasi-arbitrary well size that is enabled by a digital pixel structure and is configurable to have multiple modes of readout and up to four color integration.  This reconfigurable DPROIC design enables optimal imaging performance across a broad set of multi-band infrared imaging mission applications when combined with suitable detector layers.
