Research abstract

Odys Aviation, Inc. (Odys) specializes in building hybrid electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) next-generation aircraft for both military and civilian applications. Our aim is to revolutionize regional air travel by providing efficient transportation for critical defense missions and busy commercial air corridors.ĀOur low-cost dual use cargo aircraft, Laila, offers affordability in manufacturing, as well as reduced operational costs and emissions compared to traditional aircraft and competitor VTOLs. Laila's advanced engine and autonomous capabilities provide a unique competitive advantage. Implementing OdysÆs VTOL technology for logistics missions enables greater flexibility, efficiency, and cost savings, leading to improved capabilities and readiness across a wide range of missions
