Research abstract

As cameras and data storage systems in the commercial security industry have become more sophisticated, so too has the ability to deploy artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions to collected data. In response to this market opportunity, Anno.Ai developed the ReSPOT toolkit for AI/ML-enabled object/person detection to identify and track Persons of Interest (POI) over a large span of data sourcesŚall without the use of facial recognition. ReSpot grew into Anno Vision person tracking technology, which had applications in real-time monitoring and post-event analysis of video data. The current iteration of the technology is Secure Campus Intelligence (SCI), which productized the patented person tracking features of Anno Vision and integrated the capabilities into a technology platform for commercial campuses. In addition to tracking persons of interest, SCI also allows end-users to track vehicles and correlate both persons and vehicles with other associated sensor data such as WiFi and RF signals. Anno wants to modify SCI by enhancing the specific person and vehicle tracking capabilities, and then deploy the platform to Air Force Bases and separately into USAF investigative workflows.
