Research abstract

Azure will analyze and architect the advanced RF transceiver initial design through thorough trade studies of best in class and state of the art technologies to include but not limited to FPGA, PLL, power supplies, memory, analog transceiver components, connectors and ADC/DAC. Azure will evaluate channel density as well as operating and instantaneous bandwidth per channel as well as channel configuration options.Ā Backplane topologies will be evaluated based on the latest SOSA standard. The final design will provide electrical ICDs as well as firmware and software development kits to allow third-party IP integration into the DSP architecture of the advanced RF transceiver.
