DISPERSER - Dynamic Intelligent Scheduler for Priority-Enriched Job Servicing

ArrowSlate is proposing DISPERSER, an intelligent prioritized cue-driven job scheduler for resource-limited processing tasks. DISPERSER seeks to optimize processing throughput, while maintaining the capability to intelligently handle higher-priority jobs that may arrive. Operating in sub-millisecond scheduling epochs, DISPERSER dynamically assigns signal processing tasks across heterogeneous hardware such as CPUs, FPGAs, and GPUs based on priority, estimated execution time, and resource compatibility. The system is intended to utilize real-time feedback and a tunable optimization engine to minimize idle processor time and ensure mission-relevant signals are prioritized with overburdened DSP resources.
