Research abstract

Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) is pleased to provide this Phase I proposal to modify SUU-67/A pylons to carry Advanced Conventional Weapons. IS4S is proud to be the incumbent for the Long-Range Strike Weapon Carriage Equipment (LRSO CE) Engineering and Manufacturing Development program, contract number FA2103-22-F-1001. Under this effort, IS4S is leading the development, qualification, and delivery of flight test units and the final technical data package for the Nuclear Stores Interface Unit (NSIU), SUU-103 Pylon, the Nuclear Rotary Launcher (NRL), and required cables to be delivered to the Government in 2024. Since the SUU-103 NSIU is designed to be MIL-STD-1760 compatible and built to interface with 8 missile stations on the NRL, IS4S believes that the existing design for the NSIU and cabling for the SUU-103 (a modified SUU-67 or SUU-72) is directly applicable to the proposed effort without modification to either the NSIU or cables to carry, initialize, and launch six smart weapons. The opportunity to leverage significant investment by the LRSO program represents the best value solution to the Government and leverages IS4S small business status to provide an innovative contracting approach and source of funds.
