Research abstract

The proposed Key Affordability Technology for Small Launch Vehicles Phase II SBIR program is focused on significantly advancing the state of the art (SOTA) on the few number of key components that drive cost and reliability for small launch vehicles. The proposed effort has three primary parts. First of all, the component will be analyzed in a simulation and modeling effort. Second the component will be tested in a cold flow environment. Finally, the program will end with the component being tested while integrated into a rocket motor.
