Research abstract

Current radios for Unmanned Systems lack spectrum agility, resilience, and robust security. Future systems must be able to support secure operations in a contested/crowded spectrum. To fill this gap, we propose a novel radio design which leverages our wideband front-end technology, system on chip designs and software defined approach. Further advanced filter technology will be leveraged to enable improved operation in contested/congested environments. The result will be a state of the art low SWaP-C radio for small unmanned systems.
