Research abstract

Trenchant Analytics, LLC proposes AcqBot, a technologically advanced platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to innovate the federal acquisition lifecycle. AcqBot employs machine learning algorithms and Large Language Models – tuned specifically for Government procurement - to generate real-time insights that inform the acquisition process. Utilizing NLP, the platform interprets plain language to create precise, actionable procurement statements, significantly simplifying the pre-solicitation stage. Robotic Process Automation is employed to standardize and execute evaluations and awards, thereby reducing human error and improving data integrity. Together, these technologies form an integrated, automated workflow, underpinned by real-time analytics and decision-support systems. The platform not only shortens Procurement Administrative Lead Times (PALT) but also ensures a high degree of accuracy and regulatory compliance. This SBIR proposal aims to validate the technological efficacy of AcqBot in delivering measurable improvements in federal acquisitions, promising a robust return on investment and a pathway for modernizing legacy systems.
