Research abstract

The scope of this effort is to investigate and identify a solution for providing secure file rights management to the USAF end-users and customers. The primary objective is to design a system capable of encrypting and decrypting files, enhancing information security within the organization. The effort will involve creating a detailed technology integration plan, subject to review, to evaluate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed solution. Subsequently, our engineering team will conduct rigorous testing within an approved environment, whether commercial or government-sanctioned by the TPOCs. The results from this Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) phase will serve as the foundation for follow-on efforts aimed at establishing a comprehensive, DAF-wide file management system with enhanced security features.  The objective long term is to ensure the inviolability of mission-critical data and to staunchly uphold our national security.
