Research abstract

We propose a novel approach that utilizes our expertise in software-defined radio system-on-chips. Our design is characterized by its exceptionally small size, low weight, reduced power consumption, and cost-effectiveness while fulfilling the needs of our transition partners and integrators. This design offers significant improvements over legacy systems, including enhanced robustness in densely populated and adversarial electromagnetic environments, as well as advanced encryption capabilities for secure and classified communications. In the initial phase, our team will refine the design to align with the specific requirements of our Army transition partner's target platforms and seek additional funding for subsequent development. In the follow-up enhancement phase, we will develop production-grade hardware and integrate it into the designated platforms.
