Digital Launch Labs - Software Delivery Organization

In order to help achieve the digital transformation goals for SSC/AATS, Rise8 has developed a repeatable model for building a software delivery organization - the Digital Launch Labs. The Digital Launch Labs is a one-of-a-kind software organization that will provide SSC/AATS a digital innovation operating model to continuously deliver valuable software with high quality and reduced risk that is deployed and operated to achieve measurable mission outcomes. Rise8 will provide leadership and Guardian enablement to align and implement cultural and organizational changes to establish digital organization models that can address the challenges of the future. In addition, Rise8 will pair with Guardians, Supra Coders, and other SSC/AATS personnel (government and contractor) to upskill and enable their digital workforce while providing an improved user experience that will help bring together multiple organizations involved in the launch operations and management process.
