Research abstract

Found Energy makes hydrogen safe and easy to transport via modular fuel packs that deliver high purity hydrogen on demand, as well as direct process heat, all at adjustable flow rates, pressures, and temperatures. Found EnergyÆs proprietary technology turns aluminum into a water-reactive fuel for on-site, on-demand hydrogen generation at a wide range of operating pressures. Found EnergyÆs technology makes hydrogen safe, easy to store, and transport at 7.7x times the density of 700 bar gaseous H2. During this Phase I effort Found Energy will explore adapting their commercial technology to meet USMC needs.
