Research abstract

IO’s CBAM technology can scale to speeds competitive with the world’s fastest manufacturing technologies (e.g., injection molding), while retaining high tolerance, industry-leading material properties, and all of the incredible benefits of 3D printing (e.g., no tooling costs, immediate manufacturability, much greater design flexibility, etc.).  This is not just theoretical.  IO has already printed parts 10x faster than any other comparable 3D-printing technology, using its prototype NextGen printer.
