Research abstract

Octant Data’s overall objective is to effectively provide USSOCOM users with the ability to monitor and maintain a robust understanding of the types of behaviors put into practice across the Information Environment. Octant Data intends to utilize our proprietary techniques used to map and navigate the cybersocial domain as the key mechanism to investigate coordinated and inauthentic behaviors online. Octant Data will assess the existing frameworks to understand online behaviors and use artificial intelligence to support a data-driven analysis of online behavior changes over time and the prediction of new online behaviors. This capability currently does not exist in the marketplace, making this a unique and novel approach, enabled through Octant Data’s social network analysis techniques.
