Research abstract

For the Digital Spaceport of the Future, addressing the traditional time-consuming process of achieving Authority To Operate (ATO) and Authorization to Connect (ATC) is crucial. Instead of relying on manual coordination, Colvin Run Networks's COSMIC-AX shifts the paradigm to automated, intuitive, and transparent processes. This approach, powered by the Caveonix Unified AI-powered Platform Delivering Compliance, Security, and Governance at Scale, streamlines the onboarding of new technologies within the USSF by facilitating quicker integration with cloud services, thereby significantly reducing the time required for ATO/ATC approvals. Caveonix offers a cost-effective platform that not only boosts developer productivity but also ensures compliance and security, aligning with the mission-critical architectures of the government. This shift towards more dynamic, software-defined systems enhances real-time operational awareness and complies with evolving security frameworks, facilitating faster deployment and innovation while maintaining stringent security standards.   Colvin Run is poised to address the Assured Access to Space (AATS) goals by developing transformative technologies for the Spaceport of the Future. Specializing in digital transformation and modernizing legacy systems, COSMIC-AX enhances USSF spaceport operations through Colvin Run's expertise in cloud computing, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity. Our solutions increase agility and capacity, facilitating secure, real-time data management. Colvin Run also supports standardization across launch operations to improve efficiency and reduce logistical challenges, and is excited to grow as a new Space Force partner via this Digital Space Port of the Future initiative.
