Research abstract

TrueNano proposes to develop an AI-powered control system of a silicon carbide CVD reactor, aimed at increasing throughput and lowering cost  of thick epitaxial layers. The AI modules will be trained using DOE data obtained through over 400 growth runs and then implemented into an existing growth reactor by adding an interface to the systems automation software, providing a user interface and adding adaptive learning.
